My place is close to Chalong Pier, Big Buddha, Rawai Beach. You’ll love my place because of We are New property, cleanness and friendly staff.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Thank you very much for your kind interest in Vipa House.

This offer for monthly rental with extra surcharge as follow;
- Included on the first month room cleaning and linen changing of 4 times per month, for longer staying will be charged on the 2nd months onward at THB600.- per month. for room and linen changing of 4 time per month.
- An extra room cleaning and linen changing service is available at extra cost THB350.- per time. please just advise our service team if the service is required.
Kindly note No Durian and Mangosteen in the bed room.
We would like to inform you that Check in after 22.00 Hrs. will be surcharged at THB100.- which is payable upon check in.
Smoking is allowed in the room balcony only, and a THB2,000.- will be fine for smoking in bedroom.
We require a Security Cash Deposit is required upon check in at THB1,000.- per room per stay and refundable on check out if without any damage and we will deduct to all expense and service of end of month only.

Kindly note that our reception service desk is limited hours, please kindly inform us on your expected arrival time in advance. and in case of your arrival time will be after 20.00 hrs. , please notify us in advance only.

Chalong (Thai: ฉลอง) is a subdistrict (tambon) in the southern portion of Phuket Province, Thailand. It is one of eight subdistricts in the capital district (amphoe mueang) Mueang Phuket. Neighboring tambon are (from south clockwise) Rawai, Karon, Patong and Kathu of Kathu district and Wichit. To the southeast is the Chalong Bay, with one of touristy beaches of the island. Chalong, located on the east-central side of Phuket, is a colourful combination of a port, residential area and shopping hub. Here, you will find the spiritual centre of the island with the striking hilltop Big Buddha and the beautifully ornate Wat Chalong. Chalong Bay is also a departure point for the many surrounding islands such as Coral Island with its sensational diving and snorkeling opportunities.
