The Guest House is a bold and beautiful 7 bedroom home with stunning views out over Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. The property is well appointed and consists of 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms and laundry downstairs. Both levels contain their own kitchen facilities, dining and balcony's areas which ensures there is plenty of room, minimal congestion and the ability to relax in private if you desire? Having been recently restored to the highest standard, you will find yourself immersed in its rich character of exposed timbers, handcrafted furnishings and professional styling which makes this house so unique and so special to those who visit.

During your stay we provide a standard continental breakfast to help you get started in the morning, as you are welcome to help yourselves to toast, jams, cereals, fresh fruit, orange or apple juice, tea and coffee in our shared kitchen .

This is a share house environment where you have the opportunity to either meet and greet like-minded travellers or simply relax and take in the views from the many private spaces throughout the home and gardens? Perched in an elevated position to capture the sea breezes, you'll be surrounded by native birds and wild life, tropical gardens, lush green grass and large sweeping terraces. This little oasis is positioned in the perfect location with the Port of Airlie Marina in front of you, Abell Point Marina behind you, the Main Street & Lagoon only 200 metres down the street and the start of the Great Whitsunday Trail only 200m up the other end of the street? You also have the added convenience of knowing that airport transfers and tour groups operate directly to your front door, so there is no need for the added cost of a hire car unless wanting to explore further out of town ?

We specialise in making your stay in Airlie Beach a memorable one as we offer guests as much comfort and convenience as possible; from flexible check-in and check-out times whenever possible and the added option of leaving your car or extra luggage with us while you are on a sailing trip.
The Guest House also contains laundry facilities so you can catch up on all your domestic duties during your stay? We enjoy a healthy, smoke free environment and choose to provide the same for our guests. Under local laws there is no smoking permitted inside the house or balcony areas. However there are designated smoking areas if required ?

Our peaceful neighbourhood is surrounded by trees, lush green grass and beautiful gardens throughout. The native birds and wildlife visit each day, as cockatoos and kookaburra's play above you, while scrub turkeys and curlews sneak around the gardens in front of you . (No need to worry about snakes as we keep them on a leash out the back!!)
