The space
The Alison Randwick's Family Ensuite Rooms are our largest most premium room type being able to accommodate up to 3 guests.
Your own private bathroom is attached to this room category, modern and fully appointed with boutique amenities.

In addition to a private ensuite bathroom, this room type also features a cozy Queen and Single bed, air conditioning, television, tea and coffee brewing facilities, complimentary Wifi, wardrobe and a small bar fridge.
It should be noted that an additional trundle bed or cot are available for an additional fee, payable direct to our guest house.

All linen, premium bedding, towels and toiletries are provided for guest comfort. Housekeeping is offered to ensure all of our valued guests get best the best of both a local experience and a quality accommodation experience.

Hairdryers, power adapters, on-site laundry, parking, and transport concierge offerings are all available through our friendly guest services team.

It should be noted that lift access is not available and some rooms are located across one upper level. For those who require ground floor accommodation please note that this is dependent on availability and our guest services team will deliver where possible.

Guest access
Guests Services is open from 8 00 am to 5 00 pm daily. Guests are welcome to check in at any time during these hours but should be noted that rooms are guaranteed ready from 2 00 pm.

Outside of these hours, guests in-house can freely come and go as they please with customized access. Those who wish to check-in outside of guest services hours are most welcome to do so, however, prior arrangements must be made with our team to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

The Alison Randwick provides on-site laundry facilities (additional fee) as well basic kitchen appliances that guests are most welcome to use during their stay.

Covered and secure car parking (additional charge) can be found on site and arranged prior to arrival through our friendly Guests Services Team.

Other things to note
The leafy surrounds of Randwick provide the perfect backdrop for your stay in Sydney. It is recommended for both long and short-term stays being just walking distance from central CBD transport and the newly implemented Sydney Tram Line.

Belmore Road shopping precinct and the famous 'The Spot' are considered your local neighbors making for an easy and convenient time spent with us. The ever-popular Coogee Beach and shops are a short bus ride away, seeing you land in the perfect location for coastal walks, shopping and eateries.

The Alison Randwick does offer a basic kitchenette facility for convenience. This includes 24/7 access to a microwave, toaster, cooktop, cutlery and crockery that you may require when preparing snacks and meals.
This is joined to our on-site Laundry which is also available 24/7, gold coin-operated.

Were we are

Our boutique property is situated on Alison Road, central to various public transport options in Randwick. In just 10 mins you can walk to thriving Belmore Road proving bus transport through to Sydney’s CBD and Coogee beaches, as well in under 5 mins can find yourself with access to Sydney’s newest light rail providing transport through to Circular Quay.

Randwick is well known for its beautiful leafy streets as well popular positioning in relation to some of Sydney’s largest entertainment precincts. The Royal Randwick Turf Club, Moore Park Entertainment precinct, Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground are all easily accessible from our guest house by foot, bus or short taxi. This close proximity makes for a very easy stay when Sydney can be at its busiest!

In addition, The Alison Randwick is within a 15min walk to both The University of New South Whales (UNSW) and Prince of Whales and Sydney Children’s hospitals. Students and Corporate travellers are always welcome.
