The space
The guest rooms, once the homes of the settlers, are large and bright, all equipped with a fireplace, overlooking the internal courtyard and are equipped with hot water and heating supplied by 48 solar panels, electricity created by 400 photovoltaic panels, and beds in solid pine and olive wood or brass from the 1800s, with natural latex mattresses, sheets and towels of raw cotton, terracotta sinks, olive oil soaps; every detail has been meticulously studied to let the energy circulate and because in these environments you feel the flavor of the past.
