The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights, East District, extremely convenient for transportation, Bus station is right at the doorstep, 5 minutes to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown and Auckland War Museum, 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay, and only 3 minutes away from Lloyd Elsmore Park, where you can enjoy the sun, grassy areas, walking trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's Playground, next to Highland Park shopping center with large foreign supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is a four minute drive, with a night market every Saturday afternoon at 6pm, Botany Downs shopping mall is an eight minute drive, and Sylvia Park shopping mall is a ten minute drive. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette for simple cooking, air-conditioning, HD TV, guest fridge and free fiber optic Wi-Fi, plenty of free parking on the street.Brand new bed linens, they are washed after guests check out, to keep the room clean and tidy. Milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit are prepared for guests to have breakfast for the first 3 days. The laundry room is on the side of the house, we are open when needed.

My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.
