1804 farmhouse, barns, outdoor sauna, conservatory

YessyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We loved our stay! The property has an atmosphere of beauty, peace and serenity that allows you to unwind and relax. The house is gorgeous with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, full of details! No need to leave the house if you want to connect with your partner, spend quality family time or just find yourself. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and walking the ground of the property. I will definitely book again as Kerri was an amazing host.

Explore the Woodland Areas at Circa 1804 Farmhouse

Kerri's 3 houses we rented for my daughters wedding and they were all spotless and beautiful. So much character inside and out that everyone had their space to relax and also hang out together. Beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were all updated and new. We loved being so close to the venue and Kerri was so accommodating to all of us staying there. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Mid-Century Lakefront Country Cabin

LaurenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lauren and Ben's place was wonderful and perfect for my family: peaceful, clean, comfortable and functional. The interior design is beautiful and the spaces are thoughtfully arranged to offer privacy or openness, carte blanche. There are plenty of wonderful toys that my 1.5 year old absolutely loved, but they were organized and tucked neatly away, and despite being fairly child friendly the space felt refined and mature. Lauren also left a booster seat for my son to use and offered a crib and high chair. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were even child-size utensils nestled neatly in the back of a kitchen drawer! The backyard was lovely, too: neatly groomed, with a great view of the water and plenty of gathering places. We would definitely stay at Lauren and Ben's house again.

The Little Blue House

This place in the quiet backwoods of Catskill was everything my wife and I wanted. A house that felt like a home and a peaceful getaway from the city. 10/10 recommend to stay here. A welcoming feel from the host at all times too.

Elegant 19th-Century House in a Hamlet on the Delaware

AmberRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This is a perfect house to spend a long weekend with friends centered on eating, drinking and relaxing. The property appears as in the photos and has many thoughtful and welcoming amenities. The highlights of the house were the steam shower, swim spa, gated yard, plush towels, soft and comfortable beds, heating pads, eye masks, robes and slippers, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with plentiful aromatherapy, coffee and tea products. As you can see from the photos, this may not be an ideal house for families with children due to some of the art and decor, but our kids did just fine. The house is within a short 5 min walk into town and the farmers market is just down the road. The town has delicious food and cute stores that feel like a mini Brooklyn. There are also beautiful parks and trails a short drive away. The only thing that we wish we had access to was a washer and dryer during our stay. The host responded promptly to our messages, and was kind and polite in his replies.

Modern Farmhouse on pristine private 12 Acres

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Simone’s house as we have a personal attachment to it. This was formally the home of my Aunt and Uncle. Simone and Pascal have lovingly restored this historic home and have enhanced the property with tasteful and beautiful upgrades. The grounds are exquisite we look forward to a return visit!
