David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. There is a mini market just below that helps a lot, and there are also restaurants on the street. We think the region is quiet and the neighbors are too. Building employees are super helpful. Thank you Diego and Patricia. You guys are great hosts.

Stayed here for 10 days while visiting friends from Santiago. Location is very good, fast access to main toll ways and also centric. Apartment has two full bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful terrace. As happens in any Airbnb, couple of things that can be improved and I'm sure Melvis will take care of them soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment, very close to the Parque Arauco mall area and the Araucano park, the view of the city is beautiful, highly recommended for spending a few quiet days in Santiago.

We felt really lucky to get to stay in Gianfranco’s house. Everything about it is just so cool. The house itself, the art, the record player. The terrace is gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it all. Gianfranco was always responsive and helpful with questions and super flexible, which we really appreciated. We walked everywhere and it’d be easy to an uber or taxi here too. If you stay here, doing the funicular and cable car (which you can get to just around the corner) is so worth it (thanks Gianfranco for suggesting that :)

Very good first experience. Estefanía is a 10 in attention, attentive to resolve any questions or queries. 100% recommended. The apartment met all my expectations and accommodation needs. There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is available on the corner of the block.

I felt at home right away at Irene's place. It's clean, ample space, and the best part, is that it was <8 minute walk to the metro station. It's a quiet, peaceful, residential, safe area and I got very used to the place. The concierge folks are extremely nice and helpful. Irene herself is a great host -- very on top of things, responded to my questions quickly, and checked in during my stay which was very kind. Hope to stay here again if I return!

We had a great time at Andrea’s place. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. The place itself is behind her house in a separate building, and you pass through a beautiful garden to get there. It is very well decorated, and we really enjoyed. Andrea was a great host as well!

Great location walkable to everything you could possibly want

The entire apartment is very good and the location is excellent if you want to go shopping at the Costanera mall and you have a subway station in front of you where you can go everywhere. The area is quiet and seemed safe even at night Only a few restaurants nearby, only street stalls and they close very early, to be taken into account.

Great and wide apartment! My friends and I feel very well accommodated and well received by the hostess, who always responded to us quickly and cordially. We were very pleased! I would definitely recommend and would be staying in this apartment again.

The location of this apartment was amazing! Close to the river path and easy access to the metro. It was clean and really easy to access even when we arrived after a delayed flight at 4 am. Would definitely stay again!
