Paula is a great host, the apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, close to the beach and bars, supermarkets, etc.... a very nice experience, to repeat, without a doubt.

The small but very comfortable apartment we were 3 people and we were well, it is very flirty and clean, that you can park next door is a great point in favor. Karl was a charm worrying about our stay and if we needed anything and let us in earlier as he did not have tenants the night before it was very good for us. The area is very quiet, just to disconnect and close to other villages with more hustle and bustle. Our stay was great I recommend it and will surely repeat. Thank you for everything, Karl.

We stayed in Oikos Apartment just for one night and we loved it. Spacious, clean, comfortable, new, everything was perfect. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because it was cold, but it was very big! The girl at the front desk was very kind and friendly!

Had a wonderful week in Islantilla. Carlos is hospitable and easily accessible. We arrived a day later because the flight was canceled and on his own offered Carlos to share the cost for the not enjoyed night. Next, we had an issue with the electricity just before New Year's Eve, stopping before the kitchen unit were out. The same day, Carlos arranged an electrician, who fixed the issue. All in all and nice accommodation, certainly repeatable.

We were very comfortable and very at ease in the apartment. Very clean and in a very good area and very central. The host's attention was great. 100% recommended.

We had a very good stay at Jesus's. The location is beautiful. The apartment is very nice, its terrace is spacious and our host is very responsive.

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

Everything was great. The availability, friendliness and attention of the host(s) is a 10! I felt like we'd known each other forever😊. The apartment is a "whim", there is everything and everything is clean as new, it does not lack detail, elevator that reaches the garage for when you come loaded, restaurants 3 minutes walk but you do not hear the noise (I usually sleep badly and here I have never woken up before 10:00), the beach 5 minutes walk. Thanks to Vanessa for her attention and Eva who was always attentive, available for anything I needed. What more could you ask for? 100% recommended and I will definitely repeat! .. it was very short 😊
