Completely renovated in 2023, offers all necessary comfort for a lovely urban stay in Vienna. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and espresso maker, bathroom with washing/drying macchine. Great location with 20 min walk to the main Viennese square, Stephansplatz, 5 min walk to the airport train station.

The apartment is located opposite the Hundertwasser House and has 3 bedrooms (beds 180 × 200 each) of which 2 with bathroom + shower + vanity, 1 separate bathroom with shower + vanity + washing machine + toilet, a separate toilet, a combined kitchen and living room. One bedroom faces Löwengasse and has two windows installed as sound insulation. The other two bedrooms facing the courtyard have exterior shutters. No parties or celebrations. Newly renovated + newly furnished.

Unconventional MANUSCH STUDIO for art lovers

Manusch simply means "human" in the language of the Roma and Sinti. Fascinated by them, we have set up a small, fancy city apartment. 3 minutes walking to Hundertwasserhaus. Entrance to the room straight from the street! The original apartment was created in a section of what had previously been the studio of the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. The apartment is divided up into a combined living and bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
