penthouse LOFT with terraces

Newly renovated urban style apartment on the top floor in the highest building so with a panoramic view. Big masted 160x200. The guest bedroom is a small but with big comfortable 180x200 mattress. In the case of 5th and 6th guests we have a sofa bed 140x200. Downstairs terrace is possibly open with a kitchen during the nice weather or during cold weather is usable as well because there is a big heater. The loft is full of stylish books, apple TV, sound system and smart home app. Enjoy your stay!

We offer this cosy, newly refurbished apartment for your stay. We kept the sense of the beginning of the 1900s but present the modernity of the 2000s. Perfect for 2 persons, for short or mid-term stay, easy access to main sights. Best location of being very close to the famous nightlife of Budapest, but still have quite and comfortable sleep. This apartment is situated in the very centre of the historical part of Budapest. The building was built in 1881 and has a beautiful inner garden. The apartman has been recently refurbished. The apartman is located on the most beautiful walking street of downtown, it is a 4 minutes walk from the oldest and best Market Hall. From there, accross the bridge, 3 minutes there is the oldest spa of the city, The Gellért Fürdő. The parking garage has 24-hour security service and is for tenants only.

It is a frequented environment, next to the Keleti Railway Station, metro-, bus-, trolley-, tram stations 2-5 minutes. The party district and the City Park are very close on foot. There are also common areas in the building, such as a gym and laundry. Equipped with air-condition.
