We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. 100 year old 70+ acre family farm. This is a small upstairs apartment with one bed, one bath, kitchenette on a family farm. Owners are empty nesters and live on first floor. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful area. Walk the 70+ acres and feed the animals. We are right on U.S./ Canadian border. One hour to Vermont and Montreal. Stairs are on narrow/steep side getting up to apartment. Be aware this is a functioning farm. Chickens and other animals roam the property.

The only thing I would add is a coffee table instead of putting your drinks in the type floor. It was nice after a long drive walking into a clean and nice smelling place. We organized a work retreat for our small team and it was perfect, we couldn't have found a better set up. The house was clean, there was plenty of room for all of us, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful and great to walk around during a work break. The kitchen was well-stocked which was great as we were cooking most of our meals.

We had to change our dates a few times, adding in extra days. Jonas was really flexible and helpful. I needed to do a lot of cooking for a family thing and the Kitchen was easy to work in and he had a lot of the tools I needed. Jonas was very caring and a delight to work with. I would stay there again.
