The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom with shower. Each room has its own air conditioning. Wifi is available throughout the flat. The house is in the outskirts of the city but taxis are cheap. The house is also in a quiet location.

Száz méterre folyik a Duna, amely mentén a városközpontig és a Szlovákiába vezető hídig bicikliút, sétány vezet. A hídon átsétálhatunk Párkány főterére, egy jó szlovák csapolt sörre. Az apartman előtt ingyenes a parkolás. Bicikliseknek előny, hogy a zárt kertben biztonságosan elhelyezhetik a kerékpárt.
