The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Private guest cottage 100 feet from main house. Very quiet; parking 5 steps to entrance. Queen-size bed with mattress topper, sleeps 2. Full bathroom. Full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dining table with 2 chairs, new large screen TV receives 300 channels, WiFi, and Netflix. Heating and Air Conditioning controlled by guests. Keyless entry. Excellent location minutes from beach, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Supercenter, and a few minutes from restaurants.
