You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. The backyard patio is also for private use. - Coffee beans and bread are provided, so please have them for breakfast. - The cost of barbecue is 20,000 won, and salt, pepper, and barbecue tools are provided. - If you buy firewood, you can use the fire pit area for free (no wood fires on the barbecue grill). - This place is 700m above sea level, so the temperature is lower than on flat ground, so be sure to bring a coat. - Since it is a space in nature, you may see insects inside and outside. Please keep this in mind when booking. - There are valleys, Dulle-gil, and a forest recreation forest nearby. - It is 1 hour and 30 minutes to Yangyang Sokcho Beach. - When there is heavy snow, two-wheeled passenger cars may not be able to come up. This is the Hwangto Earth House Byeolmaru Pension located 3 minutes from Yangyang IC on the Seoul Yangyang Expressway. It is a traditional Korean house with a large yard with a lawn, a tree house, and an ondol. It is 15 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain and 10 minutes from the entrance of Osaek Seoraksan Mountain. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there is a barbecue facility in the garden. Within 20 minutes, there are Osaek Oncheon, Osaek Seoraksan Trail, Sol Beach, and Naksan Beach, so you can enjoy the mountains, rivers, and sea. There is a large lawn and a kids pool in front of the terrace in summer (July-August, not a heated pool). There are baby utensils and a mobile smart TV. This is a separate house for guests in a rural house located in a quiet rural village 15 minutes by car to the sea of Gangneung. Although the building is connected, it is composed of a separate building with a separate entrance, toilet, and cooking facilities, allowing for an independent stay. Free parking is available in the yard, and there is an outdoor dining area where you can experience barbecue with an electric grill (no charcoal/campfire due to the risk of wildfire). If you come with children, you can also try seasonal activities with the owner couple, who are like a rural grandmother and grandfather. The room is not large, so we recommend a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It's narrow for 3 or more adults. We also prepare breakfast with a home-cooked meal like mom's only for those who request it (extra charge). Enjoy the countryside atmosphere and warm hospitality on the way to see the sea of Gangneung.

Yangyang Mountain Sea Big House (One Team Only) It is a quiet place where the sea and mountains are harmonious.

The accommodation is surrounded by pine forests and sasa trees, so you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and countryside, and it is quiet because it is moderately away from the village. It is 2 km from the accommodation to Namyangyang IC, and 100 m away from the East Coast National Highway No. 7 and the coastal road Haeparang Road, along which you can reach Nammae Port, one of the three major ports in Gangwon Province, and Jukdo, a surfing mecca. Also, the closest beach to the accommodation, Wonpore Beach, is 150 m away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible from the accommodation, with Jumunjin Port 5-10 minutes away by car, Gangneung 25 minutes away, Yangyang 30 minutes away, and Sokcho 40 minutes away. There are also surfing and skin scuba diving nearby where you can enjoy a variety of marine leports. Our host does not reside during your stay so as not to interfere with your personal privacy.
