This is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is where my parents live, and the second floor is a loft-style private house that is being operated. You can enter the accommodation through the external stairs, so you can check in without face-to-face contact, and you can freely use the barbecue, yard, stream, terrace, etc. alone~ My parents live there, so they can respond immediately to any inconvenience or requests. Although it is in the countryside, most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience facilities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulchi Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Nakshan Temple, etc.) There is an additional cost of 30,000 won when using the barbecue or pot lid. Charcoal, firewood, torch, and stone are all prepared, so you only need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so you can use a burner or a grill for a quick meal. It is 15 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan Mountain and 10 minutes from the entrance of Osaek Seoraksan Mountain. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there is a barbecue facility in the garden. Within 20 minutes, there are Osaek Oncheon, Osaek Seoraksan Trail, Sol Beach, and Naksan Beach, so you can enjoy the mountains, rivers, and sea. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet.
