This is a cozy motel-style guesthouse located 2 minutes from the train station. It's a place run by a kind host couple, and it's a 3-minute walk to the beach. The rooms aren't particularly luxurious, but they're very clean because my mom takes care of them herself every day. There are plenty of rooms.
