The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. The house has been recently remodeled and expanded with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings. You can see from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments, and next to good restaurants and cafés with a good atmosphere, the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the area. I love cycling and I know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in the Sintra Mountains and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise using your own car.

The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Supermarket and Public Parking is just around the corner, so are many restaurants, cafes and sightseeing venues, nevertheless it is a little quiet street where our apartment is located.
