Could not rave about this home more. Located near several of Mallorca’s “best beaches”, a few within walking distance, this is the perfect launching point for your Mallorcan adventures. The rooftop patio is gorgeous, the decor -pristine… Host was responsive and incredibly helpful.

This villa is absolutely amazing. Blew us away! The place looks great in the photos but they really don't do it justice. Kevyn was a great host and really thought of everything. The effort he went through to accommodate us went above and beyond. if you are considering booking this villa then just do it, you won't regret it.

A super nice stay, very luxurious and clean. Lovely swimming pool with fine sun loungers. Nice seating area outside. Herbs etc present in the kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions. It is smart to rent a car to explore the area.

The house is situated right above Fornalutx, connected to the village via an old hiking trail. We did not have a car and walked into town for groceries and restaurants. There are also many lovely hikes, which are within walking distance - Barranc de Biniaraix and Cuber, Cala Tuent and of course (Port de) Sóller. Make sure, however, to also spend a rest day in the house to enjoy the sun (from 9am to the evening) and pool. Sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of birds, sheep and goats was very relaxing. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous place, extremely well equipped and with great bedding! Everything was impeccable. Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with many useful tips... in short a host and a high quality accommodation. We had a great weekend and we'll be back with great pleasure! I would highly recommend it!

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. We really had the most amazing time with our group of friends! Thank you Sergio!

Werner and Lydia are a super friendly couple. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The pool is all you can wish for. Perfect for daily laps. Great cosy terrace. Super good beds. ( we slept in the bedroom IN the house) Wel chosen warm lights throughout the house. Very private and quiet. We loved our stay so much!

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Maria’s place was so beautiful and would definitely stay again! Had no issues checking in and she promptly came when we arrived to give us the keys and show us how the pool cover works. Left us to do our things and didn’t bother us at all which was really nice.

Alexis was an absolutely fantastic host. So helpful from the minute we booked giving us taxi numbers, reccomendations and details of how we could get shopping delivered for our arrival. Alexis was incredibly responsive at all times, sorting anything out required and could not have asked for a better host. The outside pool area was fantastic and a beautiful outdoor eating space. The villa interior was a little tired although well equipped with everything we needed. Can't thank Alexis enough for being such a good host.

We spent 5 wonderful days at this villa – 4 adults and 3 kids – and it honestly felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and smelled so fresh and inviting. The house had absolutely everything we needed – and so many extra touches that made us feel truly cared for. The kids loved every bit of it, and so did we. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of heart into this place – every detail was thoughtful and well-planned. We felt relaxed, inspired, and completely at home. We’ve stayed at many places before, but this one truly stands out. We were genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for creating such a perfect place to make memories!

Absolutely stunning and a feat of construction. I could see it as a Zen retreat, but we were so glad to have it to ourselves. The feeling of peace and being above it all (literally) is amazing. Gorgeous little village 200 m away is what most of Andorra looked like 50 years ago. Just magical! The featured olive tree alone is worth the price of the stay 😉. Wish we could have stayed for a week and never left Calvinya (calbinya)

Great stay. A short walk to town but both a hotel restaurant and GastroBar are almost on the doorstep. Immediately next door is a tennis court that can be rented from a lovely neighbour.

One can see the love and energy that was put into the house and we appreciated your warm welcome and fell ourselves immediately at home once we arrived. You provided us great recommendations and activities, but we also loved just relaxing by the pool. You are friendly and helpful hosts and we would be happy to come visit again (and we will!) It was really great at your place. My friends were also thrilled. I know why I trust Airbnb so much, because it's where you meet hosts like you. I would give 6/5 stars if we could. It was an excellent stay from the start. Really great property, the kitchen was mega equipped, the pool and hot tub clean. We received a quick answer to every question. The contactless check-in was easy. The house was so comfortable that it was almost too bad for just 4 people.

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. Our stay was excellent, the villa was as described and shown in the photos. Perfect space for all of us, and very clean. The location was also really good, it was literally 20minutes from everywhere that we wanted to go to. The pool was really big and impressive lovely grounds surround the villa. The host Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming and responsive. We could not have wished for a better villa to stay in for our time spent in Ibiza. The villa is in a peaceful location. Highly recommend this villa for an amazing ibiza stay! Will be back! Thanks Vanessa for everything!
