Located in the central bazaar of Cappadocia, our property is right in the middle of the places to visit. It is 4 km from the Göreme Open-Air Museum, 5 km from the center of Ürgüp, and 6 km from Uçhisar. In addition, it is a five-minute walk to meet all your needs (grocery store, restaurant, souvenirs, etc.). It is located 10 minutes by car from the balloon departure points, and you will also be able to watch the balloons take off from there. The house will be completely yours, our detached house with a garden in the center of Cappadocia awaits you for a comfortable and safe vacation. Our house has 4 rooms and 1 living room and will be allocated only to our guests during their stay. You can spend a peaceful time with small animals in the garden of our house and benefit from fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is equidistant from the historical places in the region and offers you opportunities such as Balloon Tour, ATV tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

Patisca Cave House is a rock and stone house with a 150-year history. It has the traditional architectural features of Cappadocia. This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. It is heated by the central heating system. It can accommodate up to 9 people. ,WİFİ,washing machine, free parking nearby with hot water 24/7.
