During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. Come enjoy peaceful country living on our 14-acre mini ranch. The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.
