Holiday rentals with a patio in Ifako-Ijaiye

I was looking for a budget friendly place to stay, close to the airport. I saw Benjamin's place but wasn't so impressed with some of the reviews. One thing stood out in most of the review, that he was responsive and very helpful. I decided to give it a try. Like the saying goes......only a trial will convince you. Look, I am very well impressed with this place. We where actually living like it was our home. The nearness to the airport, the quite and peaceful environment. The lovely neighbors. 24 hours power. Very cold AC. Overall feeling of safety. I wanted a quite place and I found one. The icing on this piece of cake was the presence of a God sent young man called James. He outdid himself. Always available to help out. Took us to the market and shops and made sure we got the right price for goods and services. He is a rare Gem. His presence and services would make you forget whatever Cons this place has. Yes, there were some , like in every place, even your Home. Thanks.

Stay at Treasure's place was like home away from home. Treasure and Mark were very responsive. Apartment was very cozy and everything worked as should. Power was on 24 hours, internet was great. The area is peaceful and calm. Close to restaurants and shopping complexes. Good tarred roads and no bad traffic in the area. Treasure responded swiftly to any concerns. I'd be staying here again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone that values a great product.

This was my second stay. I chose this apartement again, because of it is only a few minutes away from the airport. Another reason is that the flat is located in a quiet estate. It has 24hr security and electricity - no fuss, no stress. The manager was really nice and super responsive. I really enjoyed my stay. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I definitely recommend Comfort Homes!

Excellent place, wonderful host. Very new and modern. Host was very friendly, there’s a standby manager who’s amazing and ready to answer all your questions, concerns and even give recommendations if needed. They were also very flexible and that I greatly appreciate. Would recommend anytime anyday.

I highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay in this modern home located in a serene & secure area. I’ll surely rebook when next we visit Nigeria. It is a walking distance to a nearby store which is a big plus. Whilst the amenities ticked all our boxes, we most appreciated the 24/7 power (with inverter and gen as backups), air con & great internet connectivity, as those were non-negotiables. The room & lounges on the top floor are tastefully furnished & very spacious. Although we had issues with very poor water pressure in the top floor bathroom, the mid floor had 2 bathrooms which served as great options. Cleanliness could be improved, as the surfaces & wardrobes were dusty when we arrived. Cleaning is available once a week. The host (Ademola) was accommodating, very responsive & checked in with us regularly to ensure we were fine. The staff (Adebare & Sefunmi) were also helpful throughout our stay. The fridge was stocked with water and juice, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I was looking for a secured and comfortable place for my wife, kids and I; during the Christmas holidays in Nigeria. Michael’s place is worth the cost. A serene environment and beautiful apartments. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The photos and descriptions on the website matches what we met on site. It was a wonderful experience staying for 22 days.

Vivian was very responsive via chat. The house is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. Everything i need was provided to me including cooking gas. The surrounding within the house was clean. I would definitely book again when needed.

This apartment is Super Luxurious and spotless all throughout! The bed linen & the towels were like they were from a 5 Star hotel! Without a doubt, This is the best AirBnb that I have stayed in Nigeria and I have stayed in a few. We were made so welcome and 2 people were waiting to welcome us at the apartment on our arrival. There was cold bottled water in the fridge and other lovely touches such as the A/C's, water heater and fridge all turned on before our arrival. Everything in the apartment worked, and there was a list printed out of restaurants and other local activities in the area. The area is serene and security is very tight. There was a Seamless change over from grid power to inverter. Another plus is the distance to the airport and I timed the time it took to drive from the apartment to MMA as only25 minutes. Thank you very much to Mr Yemi the host and also Mr Abe & Ms Tolu the house Managers for ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. I will love to come back soon.

Segun was very responsive. The place is as described, very comfortable ans super secure/safe. I'll not hesitate to book again if staying in that area of Ikeja in the future.

There was uninterrupted electricity 24/7, which made my stay all the more convenient and worry-free. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, perfect for both work and leisure. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was considered to ensure comfort, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. With such a great host and an outstanding living space, you can be assured of a top-notch experience.

Responsive host. The quality and exceptional services were above our expectation being that the previous Airbnb rental we stayed was quite disappointing. Casa's apartment felt like a big relief. Kudos guys and we hope to be able to stay at your apartment next time we are in the area

Thank you for hosting me. The apartment it's really beautifull, even more than the pictures. love that the rooftop entrance it's right from your living room. There is few things that needs to be taken care of but the host it's always responsive and trying to help.

We can’t brag about this place enough! Gbolahan’s place is immaculate. From the time we arrived we were greeted with Nigerian Welcoming vibes. Mr. Tumi was available to answer questions and was very responsive to our questions and needs for assistance. The security staff was also amazing! There is also a few nice lounges nearby, Our favorite is in walking distance…like 50-80 steps away! If we could give this place a 20/20 we would! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

This is a gem of a place. It is Located in the popular Victoria Island area and tucked in between some key buildings. The room was nice and the host Bassem and his team were always responsive and open. I definitely would recommend this place to someone visiting Lagos, Nigeria.

Beautiful apartment! Properly furnished, astethically pleasing and well put together! Asides the great hospitality and an aesethicaly pleasing space, they sell ACs (Air conditioners) in that house, gaddamn it! My room especially was chill and gave me chills! That air conditioner battled this Nigerian sun and won the battle, incredible! As for Charles, he's a stern professional! Very responsive, calm, coordinated, chill, and gave me the best customer service experience from an Airbnb host received thus far! Check in is seamless. Also the estate is secure, calm, and peaceful. Charles we will do business soon. Thank you for being a great host!
