The house, built in 1996 and modernized in 2020, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior, that can accommodate up to 20 people. With a plot of 76,378 square meters of forest and heath and a house area of 290 square meters, there is plenty of space for both relaxation and fun. Hunting in the adjacent forest, or just a picnic for the whole family, can make the holiday complete. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. Inside you will find eight well-appointed bedrooms, including 6 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, and 1 room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping accommodation for all guests. The house has a total of two bathrooms and a guest toilet, making it easy for everyone to keep their daily routines running smoothly. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet, especially you can enjoy a refreshing bath after a long day of activities. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer with a capacity of 80 liters. This makes it possible to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. There is also a wood-burning stove and a heat pump that ensures a comfortable temperature all around. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a barbecue at your disposal, perfect for summer parties and outdoor meals. Children will love the playground with swings and sandbox, while adults can relax by the pool, which also has a swimming pool. has a water slide for extra fun. For those who want to pamper themselves, there is an indoor spa that can accommodate up to seven people, as well as a sauna for relaxation after a long day.
