A place where everyone can find something for themselves.  We offer 4 rooms with private bathrooms and 3 rooms with shared bathrooms. The entire property and the living room, dining room and kitchen are shared by all guests.

Na każdej działce znajduje się osobny parking oraz miejsce zabaw dla dzieci. Dwa domki mają osobno wydzieloną sypialnię na dole, oprócz tego na dole znajduje się pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym. Natomiast jeden domek posiada zamiast osobnej sypialni na dole , większy pokój dzienny U góry otwarta przestrzeń- 3 osobne łóżka.

The windows overlook Lake Motława and right next to it there is a forest belonging to the Iławskie Lake District, famous for its close to 100 lakes and forests rich in a variety of flora and fauna. For active leisure enthusiasts, we have prepared trekking bikes, SUPs, kayak, pontoon and the possibility of renting a sailing boat. And above all, the house has an atmosphere that makes you not want to leave it.

Jesteśmy młodymi ludźmi, pełnymi pozytywnej energii i uśmiechu. Odnaleźliśmy cudowny zakątek na ziemi i postanowiliśmy się nim z Wami podzielić. Na Warmii i Mazurach, niedaleko Iławy, w urokliwej malowniczej wsi Dół, gdzie cisza przeplata się z odgłosami szumu falującej wody i poruszających się gałęzi drzew, trzepotem skrzydeł dzikich gęsi i czapli oraz śpiewem innych ptaków, jest miejsce, do którego warto przyjechać. Dlatego właśnie powstały domki „Z widokiem na jezioro”.

The villa offers a private terrace with a barbecue area and its own hot tub (available in the season between April and October), 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with standard equipment, as well as two bathrooms. Guests also have free access to the Liva Park leisure complex, which includes: a playground, a hammock area, a private beach on the Elblag Canal, a swimming pool (open from April to October), a games and activity area, a mini zoo, and a magical forest.
