A holiday cottage with a sauna and a hot tub, available all year round, located on Lake Motława Wielka (about 250m). It is equipped with fireplace heating, complete sanitary facilities, three bedrooms (on the first floor), including two with access to the terrace, a large living room with a kitchenette and a 40 m2 dining room (ground floor), a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. In the living room there are also two fold-out sofas, a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the side of the building there is a large terrace with a brick barbecue.

We invite you to the house by the lake in Masuria. A spacious house after a general renovation, rooms with bathrooms, an open common living room with a dining room and a kitchen, a hot tub, a large and fenced plot directly on the shore of the lake, a beautiful view from the pier on Lake Kałdunek Duży. A place where everyone will find something for themselves.  We offer 4 rooms with private bathrooms and 3 rooms with a shared bathroom. The entire property and the living room, dining room and kitchen are for shared use for all guests.

Domki u Joanny are two holiday homes, open all year round. They are located in Przezmark in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The houses can be rented separately or together, which gives the opportunity to rest next to each other for a group of up to 23 people. The cottages are facing each other, on separate, fenced plots. They are separated by a narrow gravel road. A 5-person rowing boat is also available. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest it is about 300m. There is WI-FI in the cottages. We accept pets.

Bosko Siemiany

Bosko Siemiany is a climatic place in the heart of a tourist paradise, close to nature, located just 300 meters from the shores of Jeziorak. In Siemiany, everyone will find something for themselves. Water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, anglers, walkers, and mushroom pickers will be delighted. However, there is also a place for well-deserved relaxation and blissful laziness. The year-round facility, located among trees that provide soothing shade, was thoroughly renovated in the spring of 2024.

We are young people, full of positive energy and smiles. We found a wonderful corner of the earth and decided to share it with you. In Warmia and Mazury, near Iława, in the charming picturesque village of Dół, where silence is intertwined with the sounds of the hum of undulating water and moving tree branches, the fluttering of the wings of wild geese and herons and the singing of other birds, there is a place worth visiting. That is why the "With a view of the lake" cottages were created.

Siemiany Birch Forest

A house with two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a fold-out sofa. Living room with a kitchenette. The cottage has: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV, toilet, shower, towels, bedding, iron. The kitchen is equipped. The cottage area is fenced with a mini playground. Guests have access to a barbecue and a hot tub. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. In the village: bars, restaurants, shops, water equipment rentals, lookout tower, amphitheater. A perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Villa Jungle House Mazury

The villa offers a private terrace with a barbecue area and its own hot tub (available in the season between April and October), 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with standard equipment, as well as two bathrooms. Guests also have free access to the Liva Park leisure complex, which includes: a playground, a hammock area, a private beach on the Elblag Canal, a swimming pool (open from April to October), a games and activity area, a mini zoo, and a magical forest.

PODLAS year-round cottage in the Masurian wilderness

We invite you to a year-round cottage in Masuria, located in a picturesque, forest area, with a lot of privacy and a spacious yard. The nearest neighborhood is about 200-300 m away There are 2 rooms - one with two single beds, the other with one double bed and a living room. Theoretically, 4 beds, but nothing prevents more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, you can also set up a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :)
