Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

One bedroom appartment with balcony and great view

We will be pleased to welcome you in our large one bedroom flat of 50 m² on the 5th floor with lift. It has a large living room with a balcony facing East, overlooking the Musée des Arts et Métiers, the church Saint-Nicolas, and the Parisian animation. The bedroom is on the courtyard, in a quiet area. We will be delighted to give you information about our neighbourhood called "North-Marais", between Montorgueil and the Marais, to recommend shops and restaurants, and to make your stay pleasant.

Balcony Seine River, Air Cond., Elevator, Centric

This is not a hotel, this is my home. I'm looking for someone to enjoy and take care of my space as much as I do, while I'm gone for a business trip.. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Numerous metro/subway stops just a few steps away. Go for a run along the Seine river anytime, as is just across the street. Unobstructed view. As with most Parisian buildings, occasional daytime construction may occur nearby in accordance with local regulations.

Latin Quarter, elegant and new

In the famous Latin Quarter, very central, charming and safe. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame, opposite the Cardinal Lemoine metro station. In a typical Parisian historic half-timbered building, everything is new and has just been tastefully renovated. Guests say it's charming, they love the decor, the air conditioning, the toilet, the big screen, the HiFi system. This is the apartment we live in when we're in Paris. It has all the comforts possible!

Charming apartment located on the heights of Belleville and close to the Buttes Chaumont park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Village Jourdain, 18 minutes by metro from Châtelet, 20 minutes from the Gare de l'Est... Very bright and enjoying a clear view, the 45m² apartment was completely renovated in May. It has an entrance, a living room/equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. It can accommodate a couple and a young child. (travel cot or inflatable mattress).

You will access the apartment directly by the elevator, which will take you to the top floor of the building.
