Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. We offer two rooms (see other listing) in our 4P accommodation on the ground floor with 2 terraces and a small garden in the heart of a recent residence at the entrance to the Grand Parc des Coquibus. (ideal for walks, jogging or a break in the grass) 5 minutes from local shops 10 min to University, RER D train station and shopping mall You can use the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and outdoor areas shared with us. Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).
