The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Apartment located on the first floor of the Residence Surl'Anse. Well ventilated with beautiful sea views. The studio is not air-conditioned but equipped with a ceiling fan. Surl'Anse offers the Océan studio, the Savane studio and the Ilet private room equipped with air conditioning. The place is super quiet. Kitchen, shower room, bed 140 , Wi-Fi access... Hammocks on terrace with views of the beach of Grande Anse, not allowed for swimming... Ideal for unwinding...

Studio with private access, just above a wild beach of volcanic black sand, deserted and lined with coconut trees. Very ventilated thanks to the 4 windows, including a sea view. The neighborhood is authentic and very close to downtown Capesterre which is accessed by road or beach. Shops within walking distance and many natural wonders within walking distance. Jacuzzi reserved for travelers, facing coconut trees and stars (since June, accessible continuously)

Studio on Anse Mire Beach

Large studio on Anse Mire beach 8 minutes walk from the dock . Bed 160, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, Tv , Wifi , linens and bath sheets provided... (BB bed to be loaned if needed). Outside double terrace: 1 sunny with sunbeds,mattresses, and outdoor shower, 1 sheltered with table and chairs. This studio awaits you for a pleasant stay, there is no shortage of sunshine. Access is available at 9am upon request .

Manguier Terre de Haut Studio

The large independent studio is located at the entrance to the house . It has a beautiful 20m2 covered terrace with splendid views of the Bay of Terre de Haut . The kitchen is fully equipped with views as well, as is the large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for a child. Wonderful views of the sugar loaf from your bed! You will access the spacious pool shared by the three apartments by stairs .
