Second stay in this house: paradise is always there!!! This house and its location are superb. The house is fabulous to live in and the location is more than perfect: everything is nearby without any inconvenience. Really the perfect vacation in an idyllic place. I think I'll come back a third time. 😜

We had a great time! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well-equipped and above all, the view was absolutely magnificent, a real plus.

10 minutes from the center, the house is ideally located; close to the sea and central for walks and beaches! A haven of peace on a paradise island!! A big thank you to Christian for his constant smile, kindness and availability!!!

We had a great time at Marcel and Gaetanne's place who agreed to host us at the last minute following the flooding of our previous airbnb. They were extremely responsive and very accommodating. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, quiet, cool, the terrace with ocean views is a real plus. We recommend this listing without a second thought!

The accommodation is decent and peaceful, the noise of frogs rocked our evenings. The calm and the view are beautiful, I recommend it.

Very welcoming host! A personalized coconut was waiting for us as well as a small bottle of sparkling wine, very nice for our arrival. The bungalow is charming, well decorated, well-equipped peaceful and 15 minutes from the start of the hike for the Soufriere , with the yellow baths. Also ideal to reach 3 rivers to take the sea shuttle to Les Saintes. I highly recommend this lovely place!

Great stay in Marielle's villa, which is very functional, clean and well equipped. ideal for a long stay in Saints. Beach at the end of the garden, shops within walking distance. Mrs. Cladier received us warmly, and gave us many tips on the island of Saintes. As elsewhere on the island there are mosquitoes but mosquito nets and sprays are available to protect themselves from them. I highly recommend it!

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

Very well received, we arrived a little early and we were greeted with a smile and full of good information for our stay. Accommodation in quiet neighborhood, out of sight, large garden, very nice view. thank you for this stay Spacious and pleasant house to live in with everything you need to feel at home.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Very good stay, place perfectly in line with the description as well as the photos, and comfortable to live in. Effectiveness in the reception and return of the keys.

Our host Claudia was very responsive to all our requests and flexible on our arrival and departure time. The villa is well-equipped and outward facing with a covered patio on half the surface. The ultimate asset is its magnificent view of the Saintes, even more sublime than the photos that can't reflect the depth and changing colors depending on the time of day and the weather. Good to know for your stay: the pathway is quite steep, as for all the attractions perched in Basse-Terre, and the villa is of rustic Caribbean character, not to be compared with the comfort of a recent modern villa. I highly recommend this listing that met our expectations.

We loved this place! Sylvette is very welcoming too. It's true that the place is a little noisy with the cars passing by, but we haven't been bothered much by the noise. We enjoyed the pool and garden.

The house has breathtaking views of Terre de Haut. A stay in a peaceful and paradisiacal setting. The pool is a real plus. Host Celine was very attentive and responsive. We recommend this comfortable place when you come to Les Saintes. Thank you.

The house has all the amenities for a pleasant stay with friends and family. Very good location and strategic to discover Basse-Terre. Cedric was super welcoming, responsive and available for questions and very good advice for good places and events nearby. We recommend 100%!

We stayed at Sylvie’s lovely home for several days over the winter holidays. The view is beautiful and the home is a short walk to shops and dining, but away from the bustle of town enough to be very quiet. The house is spotless and very nicely decorated with vintage style appliances, matching tableware, shells and other coastal decor. We enjoyed buying fresh pastries from the bakery down the street and eating breakfast with a view of the sea. We also walked to several beaches. Warda provided a warm welcome. We wish we had booked it for longer and would love to return!
