Extremely comfortable and cozy house with a breathtaking view, lots of tranquility and totally private (nothing is shared and we do not live on site). The house is close to pizzerias, a bakery, a supermarket, banks and a ferry, making it much easier for our guests to stay on the island. We are not providing bed and bath linens due to the pandemic. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
