O acesso até a casa possui rampa íngrime e uma escadaria. Temos 2 vagas.

Beautiful leisure space with swimming pool, barbecue and pizza oven, ramp with access to the sea, great for those who like to dive, with a shipwreck in front of the house, the Velasques ship! The house is not suitable for children and the elderly, as it has stairs and high places

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. We offer sheets and pillows. 4 beach chairs and a parasol. We don't offer a washing machine, towels, and throw blankets.

The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.
