Off-grid! The lights are always on in this bright, modern, industrial styled garden cottage. The perfect spot for a break away from the noise and bustle. A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.

The complex is family friendly with a lovely play area for your children. The apartment also has its own private pool. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lounge (L shape sleeper couch) which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people
