Charmante maisonnette indépendante de 21 m², idéale pour 2 personnes. Située à 2 km du centre-ville, 3 km de la gare et 20 min du Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, elle est parfaite pour un séjour cosy. Entièrement rénovée, elle offre une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière) et espace nuit/salon (BZ avec matelas de qualité, TV, penderie). The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
