This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms with 2-6 beds each on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan run is right in front of the house. The nearest major ski resort is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also just around the corner.

We are located on a plateau surrounded by meadows and forests above Oetz in the Ötztal and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to us there is a natural pond with extensive sunbathing lawns. Area47 is also only 4 km away. Canyoning, biking, tennis, paragliding, ... The Hochötz ski arena can be reached from us in 6 minutes by car. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also nearby.

Das Apart Hoher Kogel liegt sehr ruhig am Orts- und Waldrand von Huben. Zahlreiche Wander-, Berg- und Radtouren können direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt sie in alle Top-Skigebiete vom Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl und das Familienskigebiet Hochoetz.) Die Einstiegsstelle für die Langlauf Loipe sowie Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The small cottage is located in a traffic-calmed location in the immediate vicinity of the Inn Valley Trail. The place is surrounded by mountains, has a small supermarket and a train station (8 minutes walk). There is also a very good connection to the highway.
