Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good bathing opportunities, rod fishing opportunities and a naust with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a big plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Above the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road.
