A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Come and rest in this comfortable studio, in a residential area, with its private parking space. You will be an 8-minute walk to downtown and 7 minutes to Belle-Île. Several bakeries are also a few blocks away.
