On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. If you are interested, write and tell us about yourself. We reserve the right to refuse tenants who do not have documented good reviews.

Just outside the door is a swimming pool and a common area for barbeque to enjoy in the hot summer evenings. Check-in at 13.00 time may be possible, message host too see what can be arranged.
