Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Luxury Rural Retreat

Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the side of Cashel mountain and in the shadows of Slieve Gullion is our 200 year old cottage. Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

Mary and Brian welcome you to 'Candlefort Lodge' Inniskeen Co Monaghan. Our 'Tranquil Haven by the River Fane' is just a 12.5 KM. drive from the M1 Motorway and part of the famous ‘Drumlin Country’ of Co Monaghan. 'Candlefort Lodge' is a 95 sq m./(1022sq ft.) sized apartment at the lower ground level of our home. It is self-contained, bright, and private. Come to our locale and enjoy a relaxing experience with a beautiful outlook onto a spacious garden with the River Fane flowing by.

Balance Treehouse - Luxury high in the tree tops

High in the tree tops as you look out over the craggy Heather covered hills, stone ditched fields and winding narrow roads. Take a deep breath, relax and reconnect with nature. A unique hand crafted resort, boasting a natural rustic look with full modern connectivity. Accessed via a private rope bridge, a hot tub, outdoor net/hammock, outdoor shower built for two and super king bed complete with glass roof for star gazing. All fully controlled by voice commands.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).

Escape to an area of outstanding natural beauty and history. Cottage is 1.4 mile from Killeavy Castle and 1.2 mile from Carrickdale Hotel and Motorway. Cottage faces Slieve Gullion Mountain & Forest Drive and play park, (named in N. Ireland's top 10 attractions). Accessible to Belfast & Dublin, Newcastle and Carlingford. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore many local attractions: walking, hiking trails, and local historical sites.

The Granny Flat, Blackrock , Nr Dundalk Co Louth

A self contained one bedroom granny flat with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio/garden, and private entrance door. The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.
