Her kan hele familien senke skuldrene, koble av og virkelig få den gode hyttefølelsen. Hytta er stor (109kvm), romslig og åpen. Den har en flott beliggenhet i fjellet. Området rundt har gode turforhold både til fots, på ski og på sykkel. Rett utenfor døra finnes et godt utbygd nett av ca.100 km velpreparerte skiløyper. Det er kort vei til alpinanleggene i Trysilfjellet (25 minutter) og Sälen (35 minutter). Her har man nærhet til aktiviteter både for store og små og til alle årstider.

Drengestugu på gården Sygard Listad er nyoppusset. Gården har ingen dyr, men du bor på historisk grunn. Olav den Hellige bodde 6 dager på Listad i 1021 for å forberede møte med Dale-Gudbrand under kristninga av Norge. Vannet i springen er fra "Olavskilden". Gården ligger midt i Gudbrandsdalen, midt mellom Oslo og Trondheim. Nærmeste nabo er Sør-Fron kirke (Gudbrandsdalsdomen). Kjøreavstand til Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Peer Gynt på Gålå eller Rondane, Jotunheimen og Geiranger.
