Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

The cone huts are featured in the National Geographics Special Edition Lakes & Mountains. You'll love this unique and romantic escape. The cabin has a full bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with fridge, freezer and hob. Outdoors you have your own private cone sauna. If you are more than two guests, you will have access to the small guest cabin next door. Then you have two bedrooms and share the bathroom/kitchen in the King's cabin itself. The guest house has a fridge, coffee machine and some equipment.

The terrain is 800 - 900 meters above sea level. with a great view of Gudbrandsdalen and the surrounding areas. Driving distance from Oslo is 210 kilometers / 2h 25m / from the airport about 2 hours In winter, you can go straight out on ski slopes that are connected to an extensive trail network.
