With magnificent mountain panorama and views of the surrounding castles Sigmundslust and Mitterhart as well as Freundsberg Castle, you can enjoy an excellent living environment for a maximum of 8 people in the Tyrolean-style organic wooden house with 110 m² of living space.

Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

Im Sommer ist die Premium im Preis includiert. Im Winter im Preis includiert ist die Benutzung der Freizeit Arena ( Schwimmbad und Sauna Benutzung so oft Sie möchten. ) Von Jänner bis Ostern werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sollten Sie das Appartement zu zweit buchen , steht Ihnen ein Schlafzimmer zu Verfügung. Zweites Schlafzimmer auf Anfrage mit Aufpreis. Das Waschen und Trocknen kostet pro Waschgang € 10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

In just a 5-minute walk you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast on request, use the wellness area or visit the many animals.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
