Due to the central location, many excursion destinations and top ski resorts are very close. With magnificent mountain panorama and views of the surrounding castles Sigmundslust and Mitterhart as well as Freundsberg Castle, you can enjoy an excellent living environment for a maximum of 8 people in the Tyrolean-style organic wooden house with 110 m² of living space.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Im Sommer ist die Premium im Preis includiert. Im Winter im Preis includiert ist die Benutzung der Freizeit Arena ( Schwimmbad und Sauna Benutzung so oft Sie möchten. ) Von Jänner bis Ostern werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sollten Sie das Appartement zu zweit buchen , steht Ihnen ein Schlafzimmer zu Verfügung. Zweites Schlafzimmer auf Anfrage mit Aufpreis. Das Waschen und Trocknen kostet pro Waschgang € 10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

The premium apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own whirlpool & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be made for two more people (located in the same room!)

The Isar Suite is equipped with two double rooms with comfort beds and separate bathrooms each.

Studio One - Apartment

With Studio One, we realised the holiday apartment for solo travellers in July 2020. The apartment is equipped with a bed (no extra beds!) Kitchenette, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. At Haus Kinspergher there are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
