This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Staying in Gemma's home made our stay very comfortable ! Gemma was friendly and welcoming, very good and fast with communicating. Her home surpassed our expectations, a home away from home. A good location and close to most attractions. Would definitely stay again !!
