We loved our stay here, such a good location for is to visit the grandparents in the retirement community. Our wonderful hosts were super helpful, friendly, and available. The storage are is top notch nothing feels better then being able to unpack your bags and organize your things so you can see them. I really loved the recommendations for places to visit. Also, we came in winter and they were so nice to have the place heated before we arrived. Definitely recommended

This accommodation is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. Host Janette is outstanding—friendly, quick to respond, and always supportive. The place is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

The location is truly outstanding, with the beach just across the street and various conveniences within walking distance, including a coffee shop, Woolworths, and a tram station. There are also swings nearby, making it family-friendly for those travelling with children. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the accommodation felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

After a long journey from Ireland it was a joy to find Cathy & Steve’s lovely apartment waiting. It’s an amazing space in a perfect location. Everything is sparkling, bed is comfy and it’s amazingly quiet given it’s so close to all the cool places. Hope to be back!

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Amazing views from the house and the verandah overlooking the water towards Phillip Island. Secluded setting down the end of a one way road and long drive way, no neighbours that you can see from the house. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed for our 2 night stay for our group of 8. Excellent communication from Sharon. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great place with a view of the Bass Coast to the south with sunset, and to the north with sunrise from the master bedroom. Within walking distance of the Kilcunda Trestle Bridge for photographers. Convenient base for exploring the Bass Coast from Phillip Island to Inverloch and beyond. Vicky provides helpful descriptions of the local restaurants and grocery stores in the area making it super easy to get set up. I will be back as I could only stay a few days and still have lot's of exploring to do.

Josephine's place is in a great location near the beach and some shops. Easy to check in, very clean and cozy.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
