Beach house holiday rentals in Inverloch

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

This place is beautifully located and cosy. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed chilling out on the deck outside. It was so peaceful and lovely being so close to the beach. We loved it so much that we stayed on extra night. Simon is a responsive and friendly host too!

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. We were a group or 2 couples and 2 dogs and it was perfect. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the two deck areas and plenty of space for the dogs to play and explore. You feel like you are in nature. The house was clean and well equipped. Kitchen is great and modern. Lots of linens provided which is not always the case so was appreciated. The beach is walkable which is also great when you have wet and sandy dogs.

Eight young at heart but aging golfers enjoyed a self catering two nights. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for us to cook 3 course dinners each evening. The beds are comfortable; the house is private, we could hear the sea and the accommodation is large. There is a front lounge, very large dining area (seats 8 eight comfortably), good size kitchen and second lounge area, under cover back area with seating for 8, and a full size grilling or roasting BBQ. Ideal accommodation for 2 families or grandparents, parents and children. Highly recommended...we have been returning annually for some years.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was the perfect base for our weekend in Inverloch. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to the boardwalk and the beach. The house itself was beautiful – spotless, warm, and so inviting. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfy – we all slept so well – and the extra touches like the welcome basket of goodies, breakfast cereal and the condiments in the kitchen really made us feel special. Early check-in and late checkout were such a bonus and gave us time to fully relax and soak it all in. Carolyn was amazing – so helpful and kind, with fantastic communication the whole way through. It’s clear she really cares about her guests. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful house in a great location. Close to beach and very nice neighbourhood. The house was very clean and as described. All amenities were provided. It was easy to get to and a great location to explore Inverloch and surrounding areas. The host was quick to respond to any queries and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend this property.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. A great place for larger groups. Very comfortable living space with plenty of sitting options and great dining table that seats 10. Wood burner was welcome as it was cold for our visit in June. Very quiet area but a short drive to shops and wonderful foreshore walks. Comfortable beds but bring your slippers-A tad cold on the floors. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Highly recommend Eleonore’s place to stay and explore this beautiful area.

Aine’s place was perfect for our stay. Everything was super clean, the house was well equipped with all we needed and the beds and furniture all comfy. The house is very handy to walk to shops and restaurants and not too far for a day trip to Wilson’s Prom and local vineyards. Thanks so much Aine!
