Stunningly beautiful surroundings, tranquil and instantly relaxing. The house is very beautifully decorated, built to a high standard, impeccably clean and super charming! Dominic and Eirini are wonderful hosts. We booked our next stay already. For our fellow travelers: if you drive from Athens to Tyros there is halfway a small family run taverna in Nemea, called Danaos & Anastasis, which has very tasty food and most days has a BBQ with spit roast (especially delicious).

Fantastic place. A nice spacious apartment and a spacious terrace with beautiful views. lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Konstantinos was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We got delicious cherries from his garden!

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped as if you were at someone's home - great! The communication with the two was very pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

This is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed. It was clean, stocked with snacks, fruit, and a bottle of wine. A beautiful beach is at your doorstep. Perfect for sunrises and swimming. Dionysis was very accommodating and brought us a grill one evening so we could enjoy the patio and grill some wings and sausage. They even did some cleaning for us in the middle of our stay. Great location to go explore different parts of the island. We were given recommendations for a fantastic restaurant. All in all, it was a magical stay.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

The property was as we hoped it would be and is very accurately described. This property is clearly very popular and fully deserving of the praise it has received. The grounds are beautiful, as are the views. If you are looking for a quiet getaway I would highly recommend this accommodation but it is fairly isolated and you do need a car.

We had a lovely stay at the villa - it was just clean comfortable and just as described and in the photos. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. The team were responsive and helpful, kindly bringing us an extra fan when we needed it, which made a big difference in the heat. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the gardens were beautiful!

We had a great time in this beachfront accommodation. The terrace is perfect and allows you to enjoy the view of Mount Monemvasia. The old town is available on foot or by car 5 min away. We are touring Greece and it is really a favorite accommodation that we recommend without hesitation. Eleni is adorable and we even had little touches on our arrival (oranges in the fridge that allowed us to make delicious fresh juice). The hammock on the terrace is great. The window above the bed has a shutter but the others do not. We also benefited from an early arrival allowing us to enjoy the old town even more.

Due to illness that necessitated returning home, I could not use this property. However, Christina did everything necessary for my brother and his girl friend to stay here. Christina could not have been more helpful and pleasant throughout the entire experience.

The place was clean and Dimitris was a very good host. Very friendly with good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the city square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking at night to and from the apartment. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hot water. There is hot water but it can run out fairly quickly. It was enough for 2 quick showers but that was about it. Not too much of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

The space is beautiful with an attractive view. You can walk along the boulevard to the village. On Saturday night and night you can hear some music from a club nearby. You won't be bothered by that.

The peaceful and private location right at the water's edge is unbeatable. You can have breakfast and dinner in the garden, use the sun-loungers and go swimming in crystal clear water. Sotirios gave us a lot of helpful information on sightseeing off the beaten track. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance if you don't have a car. We would love to come back.

We were at Panagiota and her husband's for the second time. Very lovely, friendly and open people. They spoiled us with homemade treats, but were never intrusive. They gave good tips for restaurants! We felt extremely comfortable again. The view from the terrace over the bay is stunning. The sunrises are breathtaking. It was a wonderful two weeks. Thank you! Ute and Helmut from Berlin

A very pleasant and tidy accommodation. Everything is available and we didn't miss anything. The beach beds for beach season were very welcome. This has also been thought of. And of course the view and the beach a stone's throw away. An ideal stay with the tranquility we were looking for.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Very nice, pleasant house, small enough, quite organized and clean. Lovely stay, great communication with the host. Only small negatives (for some perhaps negligible) were the size of the bed (borderline a double for tall or large people) and the strong feeling of humidity in the atmosphere (which may be perhaps more general in the area).

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever seen. The place was super clean, they even have staff that come in to clean while you are out. The view is unreal. The pool is amazing. Everything was exactly how you see in the pictures, but even bigger. The space was very big and comfy for 2 people. They also have us some snacks and fruit. Can’t wait to go back!

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

Marina was a very warm and kind host! She welcomed us with open arms, even gave us wine and provided us with greek breakfast for the first day on our stay which we enjoyed on the beautiful balcony viewing over the sea! She was always present to guide us around the property and surroundings! Overall a great stay with a calm and relaxing energy!

Stunning place! I would have to say this is by far one of the most beautiful places I have been to, the place has a huge shared terrace (that felt very private), as each Airbnb has its own space outside. The terrace had the best view on the sea directly and you could swim there in a couple of minutes it felt like the sea belongs to you. The host was very friendly and gave immediate help/recommendations when asked! I would say even that the place looks better than the photos

Apartment extremely cleaned, easy check in and very good communication. I just would suggest put some more pillows, but definitely I will come back!
