Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

I nostri loft, immersi nel verde, pur non avendo accesso diretto al mare, offrono un'accogliente esperienza di relax immersi nella natura. Al primo piano, la camera matrimoniale offre una vista sugli ulivi e sul mare, mentre al piano terra si gode del verde degli olivi. I cottage includono una camera matrimoniale, angolo cottura, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto e uno spazio esterno privato.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The distance from the city center is 5 km and from the Mill of the Elves 4 km.

The open-plan layout includes a king-sized bed and a sofa that converts into a bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the city center, airport, and central bus station. A large market (Jumbo), a supermarket, and a bus stop with routes to the center every 20 minutes are all within walking distance.

Completely autonomous wooden chalet on the outskirts of Ioannina. Just 5 km from the city center, right above the airport. Next to the road to Zagorochoria with direct access through the city's ring road to the major roads of Egnatia & Ionia Odos. It is surrounded by a green garden of about 400 sq.m., with flowers, lawn, BBQ & a beautiful vegetable garden.
