Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We really enjoyed staying there.

The site is extremely clean and cute. It met all of our needs. Facilitated Checkin, close to the beach, polite gatekeepers. My experience in Maceió made even better.

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact to the time of check-out. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful environment! The room is extremely organized and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a stove, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, sandwich maker, etc. I had no negative experiences or anything that left me wanting during my stay. Apart from the whole structure, Carol is a wonderful host, she was very attentive from before check-in to after check-out and was active in solving everything we needed during the stay. I recommend it to everyone, definitely one of the best on the Airbnb platform!!

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

Great place, all very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei always friendly and took away all the doubts we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Shopping Park, it depends on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you find stalls and the sea is great for bathing if you don't want to move the sea bath in front of the apartment is quiet too. Condominium safe, calm, no noises, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend!

wonderful place, cozy environment, all organized, Ligia responds super fast, the pool area and restaurant does not even want to go to other places, beaches nearby, just access to the beaches that is indicated to go by car, you can not walk as the Villas advertisement suggests that you have access to the beach, but I am very satisfied and I will come back other times

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

The complex is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable, the staff is very respectful and helpful. Alexander is very attentive, good communication. Ideal place to rest and go for a walk on the beach. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!!

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. Complete apartment, with everything you need.

The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

We stayed in a group of 6 adults for 1 week in Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist spots and supermarket. Although the building's facade is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we lacked nothing during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has a smart TV. For us, who like to watch football, the big TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. The contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 bedrooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with confidence and would also stay again on another occasion.
