There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Had an absolutely great stay! Cant say enough great things about it. The house was super clean, was cozy and felt right at home. The home was placed in the perfect location, only 10 minutes from Killington and was very private. It had a nice outdoor area, with a nice creek, an outdoor patio and large outdoor space.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood outside of the center of Rutland. Close to Pine Hill Park for some good walking and easy access to all the amenities you'd want in a town. Apartment was clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and overall the apartment felt very homey. A few confusingly placed light switches and design details but overall quite nice and would return.

Wonderful one-night stay at April’s place while en route to northern Vermont. Between us we (father and daughter) used both the king-sized bed and the pull-out bed; both were very comfortable. The unit itself is a very clean, private (exclusive entrance) and well-appointed first floor unit of a two-story structure. It felt like home: quiet, comfortable, clean and full of small, considerate touches like full body wash bottles (two different types), shampoo, and conditioner, as well as new cleaning supplies (dish soap and sponge) for the kitchen sink and a surprisingly well-stocked coffee/tea bar, replete with a wide variety of possible additives (flavored creamers, honey, etc) and a fresh, unopened, half-gallon milk bottle. April truly went the distance to ensure we were wanting for nothing and were extremely comfortable during our stay. Great communication, easy access. Highest possible recommendation, would repeat without question!

Daniel’s home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family reunion of 6 adults. It was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and everything you would need for a vacation stay! Close to restaurants and bars downtown (definitely walkable) and very convenient location if you are heading out for the day to see local sites - or to ski at Pico or Killington. The home is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The water pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water and the amenities were great: including a great Keurig coffee machine with plenty of choices already in the cupboard. We all loved the pool table! And the smart tv was excellent for those that wanted to watch a movie and check out sports & news. Also, the 4 bedrooms were large with ample closets and storage. If you are headed to the Rutland area, and their Airbnb is available - grab it, you’ll be glad you did!
