Departamento en segunda planta, excelente ubicación, muy tranquila la colonia, cerca de las principales salidas de la ciudad y centros comerciales, el departamento no se comparte con nadie, solo la entrada principal pues son dos departamentos uno abajo y otro arriba, incluye todos los servicios, Netflix, internet, una excelente opción en Irapuato. No cuenta con cochera, puede estacionar afuera en la acera. NO se puede pagar 1 persona y meter 2 o más, se tiene que pagar por cada una.
