Quaint 50's style 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 on an 1,100 acre Lake. Furnished, 2 full and 2 twin beds. Includes dishes and utensils, bring your beach towel. Septic safe toilet paper is provided. A rowboat is included. Service for Verizon and at&t, no cable. The lake, large dock and fire pit are down the hill with steps to take you there. Town is 15 minutes away. Young's golf course and bar is a 5 min drive or a row across the lake. Pentoga park and Camp Batawagama are a short walk away

Once inside you will feel warm and comfortable while being able to see all the beauty nature has to offer through all the windows over looking the property. Plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare a meal or relax on the deck while grilling. Relax by the camp fire or cool off in the pond. Snowmobile and atv trails through back of property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located directly on the river dock and canoes are provided. Pool Spa is four season use. The residence is not visible from the road. Total privacy and quiet. The Paint River is a blue ribbon fishing stream with class lV and lll rapids upstream. Heaven for Snowmobiling, Skiing, ORV off roading, fishing, hunting, golfing, white water rafting and canoeing. No hunting of any kind is permitted on the property. Terrific fishing, including panfish, bass, northern and walleye. Whatever your outdoor activity, this is the perfect central U.P. location.
